Welcome to Aqua by American Beech, our semi pet-friendly hotel! We’re delighted to offer you and your furry companions a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our pet-friendly policy is designed to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, both those with pets and those without.
While we encourage you to bring your pets along, we do have a set of policies and rules in place to maintain a harmonious environment for everyone:
- Pet Registration: Pets should remain in designated pet-friendly rooms. We provide specific rooms that are well-prepared for your pet’s comfort, Superior King Rooms with Garden View and Grand Deluxe King. Please call our Front Desk at 631-722-3212 to ensure you have a pet friendly room
- In-Room Guide: Please note that if you do book a non-pet friendly room and still bring a dog, you will be moved to a pet friendly room
without a price adjustment. If we do not have any pet friendly rooms available, we will be forced to cancel the reservation without a refund
- Pet weight limit: The dog must be 50lbs or under
- Pet limit: We allow one pet per room.
- Pet Fee: A nominal pet fee , $110 plus taxes, is applicable to cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with accommodating pets. This fee contributes to keeping our premises clean and hygienic for all guests.
- Pet Behavior: We kindly request that you keep your pets on a leash or in a carrier while in common areas of the hotel including the decks in your room. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room. This helps prevent any potential disturbances and ensures the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Pet Waste: Please clean up after your pets. We provide designated waste disposal areas to ensure the cleanliness of our grounds. This helps us maintain a clean and attractive environment for everyone to enjoy.
- Pet Etiquette: While we understand that pets have their own personalities, we ask that you ensure your pet’s behavior is considerate of other guests. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any other disturbances should be promptly addressed.
- Damage Responsibility: As a pet owner, you are responsible for any damages caused by your pet. Any additional cleaning, repairs, or replacements required will be billed accordingly.
